Day 1 – Addis Ababa → Awash National Park
07:00 – Pick-up from your hotel Meet the professional team of Lungo Local Tour Ethiopia and begin your journey east from Addis Ababa toward Awash National Park.
08:00 – Departure from Addis Ababa Drive through the beautiful Ethiopian Rift Valley, enjoying scenic landscapes, farmland and traditional villages along the way.
10:00 – Rift Valley Scenic Stop Take a short break to enjoy panoramic views and photographs of the changing landscape.
11:30 – Arrival at Awash National Park Enter the park and begin your first wildlife drive. Keep an eye out for antelopes, baboons, warthogs, birds and other wildlife.
13:00 – Lunch Enjoy lunch at your lodge or a suitable location inside or near the park.
14:30 – Afternoon Game Drive Continue exploring Awash National Park by 4×4. The park is known for its diverse wildlife, dry savannah landscapes, volcanic scenery and rich birdlife.
16:30 – Awash River & Scenic Landscape Visit the beautiful Awash River area and enjoy the surrounding scenery. Depending on conditions and accessibility, observe wildlife and birds around the river.

Day 2 – Awash National Park → Filwoha Hot Springs → Addis Ababa
06:00 – Early Morning Game Drive Start the day early when wildlife is often more active. Explore the park with your guide and Lungo Tour team.
08:00 – Breakfast Return to the lodge for breakfast and a short rest.
09:00 – Filwoha Hot Springs Visit the famous Filwoha hot springs area and enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings. The springs are fed by geothermal activity associated with the volcanic landscape.
10:30 – Nature Walk & Photography Enjoy a guided walk in an appropriate area and take photographs of the landscape, birds and surrounding volcanic scenery.
12:00 – Lunch Enjoy lunch before beginning the return journey.
13:00 – Final Wildlife Drive / Park ExitTake a final drive through Awash National Park as you leave the park.
14:00 – Begin the Journey to Addis Ababa Drive back toward Addis Ababa through the scenic Rift Valley.
